With new regulations set in place by Kawasaki Motors Corp., U.S.A. on advertising and marketing practices, Kawasaki dealers are no longer able to advertise below MSRP, on current model year and one year prior model year motorcycles, all terrain vehicles, personal watercraft, and utility vehicles.
